Marlo began working in the appraisal industry in 1995, following graduation from California State University at Fresno with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business. Growing up on an irrigated row crop farm in the fertile Salinas Valley (“Lettuce Capital of the World”) taught Marlo a great deal about agriculture first hand. Her first appraisal experience came in Fresno with an independent firm specializing in agricultural properties. She continued working there until she and John moved to Oregon in 1998. Marlo works on a wide range of appraisal projects involving farms and ranches, with the appraisal uses ranging from assisting with financing to facilitating federal land exchanges. John Dill, with a strong background in agriculture and finance/business, regularly helps Marlo with appraisal projects. John is also an agent for Ag Insurance.
