Marlo began working in the appraisal industry in 1995, following graduation from California State University at Fresno with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business. Growing up on an irrigated row crop farm in the fertile Salinas Valley (“Lettuce Capital of the World”) taught Marlo a great deal about agriculture first hand. Greg has been performing complex appraisal work in Oregon since 1993. He graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies in 1993.
